What is collected
When you submit a project enquiry, Tiny Titan Websites may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address and information you provide about your business and proposed website.
Basic technical information required to operate and secure the form may also be processed, including session data and browser information. This site does not ask for passwords, card details, MFA codes, health information or customer records.
How information is used
Information is used to assess and respond to your enquiry, prepare and deliver requested website services, maintain project records, protect the form from misuse and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Storage and security
Enquiries are transmitted over HTTPS and delivered to the Tiny Titan Websites business mailbox. Access is limited to people who need the information to respond to the enquiry or deliver the project. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, project, record-keeping and legal purposes, then securely deleted or de-identified where practical.
Sharing and service providers
Personal information is not sold. It may be processed by service providers used for domain registration, website hosting and business email, or disclosed where required or authorised by law.
Access, correction and questions
You may ask to access or correct personal information held about you, or ask a privacy question, by emailing hello@tinytitanwebsites.com.au. Identity may need to be verified before information is released or changed.
